Koa Wood Manini Cook Islands Canoe
"Manini" is Hawaiian for small, very small. And this art piece doesnʻt let down. Undoubtedly the smallest, but ever so well crafted Hawaiian Koa wood "manini" Hawaiian Aikane Canoe made in the workshops of artist Francis Pimmel.
Handmade using Hawaiian Koa wood, it measures 4" 1/2 L X 3" W X 6" H from the bottom of its rectangular base up to the top of the mast. A delicate heirloom piece with a deep connection to Hawaiian culture.
The model is sold and displayed in an open-ended high-quality showcase. The 4 sided plexiglass enclosure is wrapped by a beautiful blue printed sleeve. It makes a wonderful presentation.
