Hawaiian Koa Wood-Turned Bowl
Handcrafted from sustainably harvested Hawaiian Koa wood, this medium bowl (#1052) brings island elegance to any space. Standing 4 1/4" tall with a 7¼" diameter, its contemporary silhouette showcases rich wood grain patterns enhanced by six inlaid bowties, a distinctive maple wood Honu inlay and natural branch intrusion on the bottom. Each piece is unique—sourced directly from Mauna Kea slopes and finished at KoaWood Ranch. Perfect as a functional centerpiece or treasured heirloom, this artisan bowl captures the warmth and character of authentic Hawaiian craftsmanship.

Local Big Island artist Erick Loos painstakingly turned this wood bowl from wood that was sustainably harvest at the KoaWood Ranch. The piece is finished with Danish oil and beeswax.
All wood used comes from trees at the end of their lifecycle or that have fallen during storms. We never use wood from living trees.
