Return and Exchange Policy
We're here to help
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must be original selling condition, no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us of any issues so we can help resolve the problem.
- If the item needs to be returned, please ship the item to:
FREE Ring Sizing Exchange Program
We want you be satisfied with your ring purchase, so we will happily exchange your ring for another size if your original order doesn't fit. We will provide return postage to easily process your ring exchange. We are happy to repeat the process until we get you the perfect fit.
To initiate the ring exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email us at email@example.com with your request to exchange for another size. Please do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Within 24 hours of receiving your request we will send you a return postage.
- Using the original packaging and the postage we'll provide, ship the ring back to us.
- Once we receive the ring we will process the exchange and your new size will be shipped back to you within 24 hours.
