Had such a great experience with KoaWood Ranch. My package got lost in the mail for a bit (to no fault of the Ranch) but Craig was very helpful and kind and quickly got it sorted out. Great customer service and the knife is, in the words of my much more knowledgeable father, “Stunning. Massively heavy duty, and beautiful wood”. Couldn’t recommend more.
