Excellent All The Way Around

The Koa Wood cooking set was great. Nice workmanship and I am enjoying using them. However, Koa Wood Ranch gets extra points for working with me when a shipping issue (outside of their control) with USPS required assistance. 5 Stars for the product, but perhaps as importantly, 5 Stars for Customer Service.
