The Structure: A flat 20% discount on bulk orders of 20 pieces or more (same item).

Who it is best for:  Event planners, gifting events, one-time custom productions and engravings, or companies purchasing high volumes of a single specific item.

Why it is structured this way: Corporate event gifting is a highly specialized service. These orders are inherently labor-intensive, requiring dedicated logistics, coordinated production timelines, and precise event-day scheduling. Because event orders typically focus heavily on a single product category in large bulk, they require us to meticulously manage and redirect our storefront and online location inventories to fulfill them without disrupting our daily operations.

To Qualify: Any purchase of 20 pieces or more of the same item.

2. The Brick-and-Mortar Wholesale Program

The Structure: A 20% - 50% discount on KoaWood Ranch branded inventory.

Who it is best for: Traditional retail storefronts purchasing to stock their physical shelves on a recurring basis. You must have a retail brick and mortar store or brand to qualify for wholesale pricing.

Why it is structured this way: This deeper discount is designed specifically for year-round retail partners. These accounts buy consistently across multiple product categories throughout all four quarters. This consistent, multi-category buying pattern allows us to accurately forecast our long-term artisanal production schedules well in advance, absorbing the operational overhead.
