Thank you for reaching out with your concern. I am so sorry for the frustration you're experiencing, both with the lack of tracking updates since October 24th and the fact that your order, which includes those important gifts, has not yet arrived.
We understand how stressful this is, and we want to be completely transparent: your package was quickly processed and shipped out, but once the order is in the carrier's possession, we lose all control over its movement and transit speed. While we can monitor the same tracking information you see, we have no direct authority to speed up the delivery time or initiate an immediate location search on their behalf.
We recognize this lack of updates is unacceptable. We are formally notifying the carrier about the missing tracking information and the delivery delay.
