I went in to grab a gift and was selecting a gift for a loved one. And I selected a watch band and he left and came back. He then started to wrap the one that was on display and I said oh do you have a new one? And he said no. And I said there is a lot of marks and black stuff on this one. And he kind of huffed and then didn’t really speak as I selected a different on (since I wanted one that was spotless and not a display). His customer service changed as I shared that there was marks on the display. He packaged my new watch and then I asked for some sort of sticker for the label. I think you all should be standardizing putting some sort of branding on your boxes or wrapping. Because it looks cheap not having some sort of label on your boxes. He also did not say thank you and goodbye.
