Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry to hear that your package hasn’t arrived yet; I know how disappointing it is to wait for a delivery that gets stuck.
While we have no oversight or authority over the carrier once the package leaves our hands, we do share your frustration. We took a look at the tracking, and it currently shows the package is still 'In Transit' at the local facility. We are hopeful it will be back on its way to you shortly.
