As a small business operating in Hawai'i, we try to offer shipping options that provide the best balance between reliability and affordability for our customers. Ground Advantage is indeed the lowest-priority service, which keeps the cost down but can unfortunately lead to slower, less predictable delivery times compared to Priority Mail or express options. This cost difference can be substantial from the islands, and we leave the choice in your hands at checkout.
