Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

Returns

Our return/exchange policy lasts 30 days. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Handmade Artist Goods

If you are returning a handmade artist item (such as a bowl, pen, opener, stopper, etc) we do charge a 20% restocking fee and follow strict thirty day timeline adherance. The restocking fee covers the administrative cost cataloging, inspecting, and having the artist refurbish the item before re-selling. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@koawoodranch.com.

Shipping Costs 

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

If you are shipping an item yourself, please use a trackable shipping service, purchasing shipping insurance, and retaining the tracking number. We want to ensure your parcel arrives here safely.

Shipping Estimates & Carrier Responsibility

Please note that all delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates generated by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed by KoaWood Ranch. While we commit to processing and hand-off of your order within our stated 1 business day fulfillment window, we do not have the authority or internal insight to influence a carrier's logistics once a package is in transit.

If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend selecting a Premium or Expedited shipping service at checkout. Economy shipping is subject to higher variability, and we do not offer refunds or cancellations based on carrier-related delays. 

FREE RING SIZING EXCHANGE PROGRAM FOR ONLINE DOMESTIC PURCHASES 

We want you to be satisfied with your ring purchase, so we will happily exchange your ring for another size if your original order doesn't fit. We offer one-time free domestic return shipping for ring exchanges. Foreign buyers are urged to double check and confirm their ring size as we don't cover international shipping charges for any size exchanges.

To submit a return or exchange request:

Click the profile icon in the storeʻs navigation, or go to the bottom of this page and click on the "Click Here" link to process return or exchange.

1. You will be directed to log in to your account:

  • In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue."
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the 6 digit verification code included in the email.
  • Come back to our online store and enter the 6-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return or exchange for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return or exchange.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click "Submit Request."

Your return request will be reviewed. If your return requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and return shipping label. After the product is received we will process your refund. Please allow for 48 hours for processing.
