Our aim is to offer you the best value in shipping cost and delivery time.

We use USPS and UPS for all online purchases. We will pack and prepare your shipment within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Once your package is packed and a shipping label is produced, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped and USPS tracking number for your convenience.

Barring any unforeseen delivery issues, Shipments can usually take between 3 and 8 days to arrive at their destination depending on the level of carrier service the customer chooses. By default, we use USPS ground service for orders that qualify for "free shipping."

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED.

Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn't work, send us an email, tell us what you ordered and your order number, and we'll help you out.

MY ORDER SAY DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and household members. Carriers occasionally scan packages as "Delivered" up to 48 hours before actual delivery. If your package has still not arrived after two business days, please contact us at support@koawoodranch.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Please note that KoaWood Ranch is not responsible for packages stolen from porches or mailboxes after a confirmed delivery, but we will do everything we can to assist you in locating your order.
