Hawaiian Koa Wood-Turned Bowl
This is a hand-turned Hawaiian Koa wood live edge bowl #791. It has a traditional Hawaiian calabash shape. This deep reddish and golden brown Koa bowl reflects the unique and rich characteristics of Koa wood. The Koa wood was harvested on the slopes of Mauna Kea, at KoaWood Ranch. This handcrafted Koa bowl will grace any home with the warmth that Hawaiian art and tropic decor brings to any environment. This handmade heirloom is unique and branded.

Using Koa wood from the Koa forestry conservation, local Big Island artist Erick Loos painstakingly turned this bowl. The piece is finished with Danish oil and beeswax.
